Career Progression Opportunities
The ESP Group of companies is an ambitious group. The intention is to grow the business substantially. In order to do this, the marketing function needs to continue to evolve, getting better each year. With this in mind, our Marketing spend is expected to increase year-on-year and the intention is to grow the department. For now, we will need to rely on external parties to deliver the things that we can’t, but the eventual aim is definitely to bring as many things in-house as possible. This will create opportunities to develop your skills in different ways. However the long-term aim of the Marketing Apprentice should be to develop your skills in such a way that you could become a Marketing Officer.
