Most of our customers run their businesses between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. That’s why our standard IT Support Contracts are designed to cover this period, more information can be found here. Early Bird IT Support Package
Our helpdesk service operates an early bird telephone and email support system from our lovely offices here in the centre of Sheffield. Highly technical engineers are available from 7am on weekdays, meaning that you can get fast support from the moment you arrive at your business premises. This service is provided by the same engineering team that delivers our standard service; NOT just call handlers who are only able to take a message. Our team are friendly and understanding, even when it feels like it’s not time to have woken up yet! Packages start from just £70 per month.
Saturday IT Support Package
Our helpdesk service operates a Saturday telephone and email support system from our base in Sheffield. Highly technical engineers are available between 9am and 5pm every Saturday, meaning that you can get the same level of expert help, even on Saturdays. This service is provided by qualified engineers who can provide a standout service, even on Saturdays! Packages start from just £250 per month.
24 Hour IT Support in Sheffield Package
Our team are in Sheffield and offer a 24/7 telephone only based support system. Highly skilled and technical engineers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week when this package is chosen. The service is provided by qualified engineers, offering a best-in-class service. You won’t wait longer than 15 minutes to speak with an engineer, even at 3am! These packages are tailored entirely to your needs and so the pricing is very much bespoke, depending on your business needs (we’ll agree before your cover starts, what exactly is and isn’t covered and how you can gain access to the support team EVEN if it’s not covered!).
