The website design was based on the aim of helping users to contact an adviser as quickly and easily as possible. The home page features an interactive map showing the locations of their offices, this instantly attracts the user’s attention and guides them in a visual way to the most appropriate service.

One of the key aims for the site was to show visitors what a friendly and approachable service they provide. This was achieved as simply as possible by showing real world images that show the people involved and reinforce the message.
