Cavendish Cancer Care is a local Sheffield charity aiming to improve the quality of life for people living with cancer. They provide emotional support through counselling and therapies to the patient, their carer and their children. Their website aims to tell the story of Cavendish Cancer Care and caters for three main audiences: People looking for help; People looking to donate; and people who just want to know more.
Individual stories of the help Cavendish provide are the central theme of the website. ESP worked closely with Cavendish to present these stories in an informative and uplifting way. The nature of these stories are about people dealing with difficult times in their lives but they all find positive aspects to share, things that could help others who find themselves in similar situations.

All the good work done by Cavendish is supported by their huge range of fundraising activities. The site showcases the diversity of these activities with ideas for how others can get involved and make a contribution.
A Taste of Cavendish
A key element of the brief was to create an innovative taster page that showed at a glance the range and diversity of the activities Cavendish are involved in. Our unique taster page pulls in live data from a variety of social media platforms, as well as news, videos and photo galleries from the Cavendish website itself. All this is combined into an attractive taster page that displays the information in a visual way with interesting transitions and effects.
