We are embarking on a new advertising campaign. ESP has over 100 regular IT Support customers who greatly value our services. We strive to provide excellent care to all our clients and generally receive positive feedback regarding the services we offer. With a strong technical engineering team, we believe we can assist more customers. Hence, we decided to proactively promote our offerings and showcase how we differ from our competitors. Over the past year, we have focused heavily on outbound marketing efforts to attract new customers to our Managed IT Service & Support packages. Our advertising endeavors include online platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and X, as well as physical advertisements, including our billboard near Ponds Forge on Park Square in Sheffield.

As part of this initiative, you may have already encountered our mascot, Missy Duck (read more about her here, here and here). She has aided us in initiating conversations with various businesses around Sheffield regarding improvements to their IT Systems and how we can contribute to those enhancements.
What does this have to do with buses?
While it may seem unrelated, we are taking over some buses in Sheffield. ESP and Missy Duck will soon appear prominently on the back of several buses crisscrossing the City Centre. Our goal is to reach as many new customers as possible, helping them understand our services and motivations (we passionately aim to enhance our clients’ businesses by optimising their IT systems). Inspired by renowned brands such as Heinz, Cadbury’s, and James Bond, we decided to undertake bus advertising campaigns.
Our bus design features an enormous depiction of Missy Duck touring Sheffield City Centre and beyond. Keep an eye out for her as she appears larger than life.
How does this benefit my business?
For existing ESP customers, capturing a real-world photograph of one of our buses in Sheffield enters you into a competition to win a £100 Amazon voucher for personal or business use.
Prospective customers should look out for our buses. Providing a photo or code from the bus entitles your business to a 10% discount on our IT Support Services for the first year.
Even if your business is not interested in becoming an ESP customer, you can still participate by sending a photo of the advert. This enters you into a separate competition to win a £50 Amazon voucher.
Anyone who manages to take a photo of the bus advert alongside their own blue Missy Duck will receive a £10 Amazon voucher outside of the main draw.
What should I do if I spot her?
Take as many photos as possible and send them to us at marketing@espprojects.co.uk. We will acknowledge receipt and inform you of the draw you have been entered into.
