Value : We are a family, and we recognise each other’s achievements

What does this mean?

It means recognition (good or bad) of each other by good communication – but also agreeing, disagreeing and building relationships.  Being loyal to each other, to the business and our customers.

How can we live and breathe this value?

WE can spend time with each other during work and attend social events where possible.  WE can praise colleagues when they have done something well, but also have the courage to say when something hasn’t gone so well.  WE can treat each other with respect along this journey, even when the conversation is difficult.  WE can win together, and lose together, have fun together as well as working together.  WE can make sure that those around us aren’t negative, by putting them right and making sure they recognise that there are lots of great things about working with ESP.
