CAF funding opportunity for charities

CAF (Charities Aid Foundation) has launched a new £20m grant fund.  Both registered and unregistered small and mid-sized charitable organisations, including community interest companies and community education organisations can apply, and the grants are flexible, meaning organisations can spend them on core costs such as rent and utilities.

The causes and communities the fund aims to help, include people living in poverty, Black, Asian and minority ethnic communities, children and young people, the unemployed, the homeless, people with physical or learning disabilities and those pushed into crisis because of Covid-19.  The  CAF Resilience Fund will distribute grants ranging from £10k to £100k and full details of eligibility criteria and causes can be found here : cafonline.org/charities/grantmaking/caf-resilience-fund along with links to a simplified application process.

This could be an ideal opportunity to improve your IT equipment and network to ensure you have the infrastructure required to sustain yourself during the current crisis.
